4 Easy Steps
1) Soil and fill are excavated from the foundation wall.
2) Concrete is saw cut, dropped, and removed for door
opening. An opening in the concrete foundation wall
is cut.
3) PermEntry bulkhead (Type S to C) with Bilco doors is installed by American Concrete Industries. PermEntry
precast stairwell is installed and primer coated Bilco door assembly is anchored to the precast stairwell
and caulked. We then ensure that perimeter drain is in working order.
4) Area is then backfilled and graded.
