We can install either ScapeWEL® or Wellcraft® Window Wells, which allow you to inexpensively create lower-level living areas by adding light, ventilation, and code-compliant emergency egress. ScapeWEL requires no forming or pouring, is fast and easy to install, and requires no special ladder, as the stair units are incorporated in the attractive terraced planter design.
